To colour or not to colour?

I love black&white, but also sometimes colour looks amazing. even sometimes just a hint of colour here and there makes the picture POP. Having a hard time deciding what to do with my 'collage', whether or not to colour or to leave it as it is.. simple black pen. Hmm? Can't decide.
